Head and neck tumors

Hodgkin's lymphoma typically occurs in individuals aged 16 to 34. These young patients are usually healthy. Because of this, their bodies can resist this disease without showing any symptoms for a long period of time. Although these symptoms are common in Hodgkin's lymphoma, most people do not have these symptoms without Hodgkin's lymphoma. They usually have another cause of symptoms.

At other times, the only symptom will be painless lymph node enlargement, usually in the neck or armpit, as well as in the upper chest, abdomen, and groin. Patients often seek medical attention due to this swelling, which ultimately leads to a diagnosis.

Other symptoms may vary from person to person and may include:

After drinking alcohol, lymph nodes become swollen and painful.

Severe night sweating with or without fever.

Fever or chills at night or during the day.

Unexplained weight loss.

Loss of appetite.

Fatigue or lack of energy.

Dry and itchy skin.

A widespread red rash.

Cough, shortness of breath, or chest discomfort caused by enlarged chest lymph nodes.

An enlarged liver or spleen.
