In order to promote the professional capabilities of all doctors in the hospital to a higher level, establish a more unified, precise, and standardized treatment system, and provide patients with higher quality and efficient medical services, Yizhou Cancer Hospital, under the overall planning of Mr. Han Lianhe, Chairman of the United Medical Group, is carefully organized by the medical department to guide our doctors in improving their treatment level comprehensively, striving to improve the medical system.
This training project will consist of a series of time-sharing training courses.
Firstly, what we bring to you is the "Typical Case Sharing" brought by Director Gao Jianzhi of the Cancer Research Institute to the entire hospital's medical staff, with the aim of addressing some of the problems that exist in the treatment process of existing cases. We hope that high-quality treatment methods can be shared and learned among various departments, and the exposed problems can be improved through more appropriate treatment methods and methods to provide patients with higher quality services. This training session is hosted and commented on by Assistant Dean Huang Jinzhu.
The Cancer Research Institute is a scientific research department established by our hospital to further enhance the level of cancer diagnosis and treatment and scientific research capabilities, and to create a modern and high-level cancer hospital. It is responsible for standardizing and improving the diagnosis and treatment work and scientific research of tumor patients throughout the entire disease process before, during, and after treatment, and for introducing new technologies for cancer diagnosis and treatment at home and abroad.
The Cancer Research Institute is advised by Chief Physician Gao Xianshu and Director Gao Jianzhi.
Gao Jianzhi, chief physician, is a postdoctoral fellow in clinical medicine of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Medical College, a director of the Clinical Medicine Branch of the Chinese National Health Association, a member of the Precision Medicine and Tumor MDT Professional Committee of the Chinese Research Hospital Association, a member of the Precision Medicine and Tumor Rehabilitation Professional Committee of the Chinese Transformation and Development Technology, a member of the Colorectal Cancer Professional Committee of the Chinese Anti Cancer Association, a member of the breast cancer Professional Standing Committee of Baoding Cancer Department, Hebei Province Member of the Lung Cancer Committee of the Oncology Department of Baoding City, Hebei Province, and leader of key disciplines in the Oncology Department of Baoding City.
Director Gao Jianzhi has hosted and participated in national, provincial, and department level key funded research projects multiple times, winning 7 provincial and department level achievement awards, 6 national invention patents, and publishing more than 70 articles in domestic and foreign journals, including more than 10 SCI articles. He has successfully held multiple cutting-edge seminars on multidisciplinary treatment of tumors. Participated in writing 5 monographs related to tumors, and edited "Molecular Medicine - Basic and Clinical" and "New Advances in Oncology".
To be the guardian of life and health, and to be a caring person for patients and their families, has always been Director Gao Jianzhi's work pursuit and life creed. Director Gao Jianzhi is good at comprehensive treatment and multidisciplinary standardized treatment of common solid malignancies such as gastrointestinal and digestive system malignancies, lung cancer, breast cancer, liver cancer, cervical cancer, and has rich clinical experience.
Director Gao Jianzhi's training course is divided into five parts, including: 1. Pre treatment examination and condition evaluation; 2. Multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment plans for tumors and their implementation status; 3. Evaluation, adverse reactions, complications, and prevention during hospitalization; 4. Pre discharge examination and condition evaluation; 5. Does the continuation of comprehensive treatment require multidisciplinary approaches.
Based on the need to protect patient privacy, we will no longer provide detailed information on the cases mentioned in the training course, but only provide a brief introduction on the process and standardization.
For example, in response to abdominal malignant tumors, Director Gao Jianzhi mentioned the need for a comprehensive and comprehensive evaluation throughout the entire process of admission, hospitalization, and discharge. Director Gao provided critical guidance, which has attracted constant praise from doctors on stage and has benefited a lot.
In the multidisciplinary consultation (MDT) process, Director Gao Jianzhi proposed that every participating expert should sign the consultation plan, which not only implements responsibilities but also reassures patients, making the diagnosis and treatment process more rigorous.
Director Gao Jianzhi made a detailed analysis and judgment on potential adverse reactions, complications, and other issues during the treatment process, and provided important opinions on the use of anti-cancer drugs, pain management, traditional Chinese medicine anti-cancer, nutritional support, and other aspects of anti-cancer treatment.
The short duration of the training session and the large amount of information make it very rich and substantial, and the on-site medical staff have gained a lot.
Assistant Dean Huang Jinzhu commented on this training session. Dean Huang first affirmed Director Gao Jianzhi's teaching content, and then stated that this type of teaching will be made into a regular form of in hospital training. He invited more medical experts, including Director Zou Yue, to provide multi-disciplinary and multi-level business and skill training for the entire hospital's medical staff. Director Huang hopes to work together with the entire hospital's medical staff to create an iron army for cancer treatment at Yizhou Cancer Hospital, making it an important base for cancer treatment.
