Endometrial cancer varies from woman to woman. If you have gone through menopause, see your doctor if you have any vaginal bleeding, spots, or abnormal discharge.

If you haven't entered menopause yet, see your doctor if you have the following symptoms for more than two weeks:

Unusual bleeding, such as between periods or greater flow

Abnormal vaginal discharge

Pelvic pain or pressure

Unexplained weight loss

These symptoms don't always mean you have endometrial cancer. However, it is important to discuss any symptoms with your doctor, as this may indicate other health problems.
