Most patients with ovarian cancer are asymptomatic. These signs tend to resemble less serious conditions, including indigestion, weight gain or aging.

Signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer vary from person to person, but may include:

General abdominal discomfort or pain (gas, indigestion, pressure, swelling, bloating, cramping)

Bloating and/or feelings of fullness, even after eating a light meal

Nausea, diarrhea, constipation, or frequent urination

Unexplained weight loss or gain

Loss of appetite

Abnormal vaginal bleeding

Unusual fatigue

dorsalgia

Pain during sex

Menstrual change

These symptoms do not always mean you have ovarian cancer, but it is best to discuss with your healthcare provider if you experience:

All new symptoms

For more than a few weeks

It happens more than 12 times a month
