Abdominal cavity tumor

Early gastric cancer often has no symptoms. When symptoms appear, they may be mistaken for less serious problems such as indigestion or heartburn. This means that gastric cancer is often not detected until late stages. Symptoms may include: abdominal pain or discomfort, loss of appetite, heartburn, indigestion or ulcer type symptoms, nausea, vomiting, bloating or swelling, diarrhea or constipation. After eating a small amount, there is a feeling of fullness, blood in the stool, or black fatigue. Unintentional weight loss does not always mean that you have stomach cancer. However, if you notice any of them for more than two weeks, tell your doctor. Even if they are not signs of cancer, they may also be signals of other health issues.
